Quaestor is a newcomer to the B2B SaaS space with an ambitious aim. The company is building a tool that empowers teams to keep their process documentation alive, current, and useful in a central space.

They came to me with a name and early identity rooted in ancient Roman tradition. The challenge was to draw from that heritage in a way that feels enduring and credible without drifting into a kitsch Gladiator theme. The brand wanted to evoke the order and stability of Rome while still feeling at home in the modern business app landscape.

Their new brandmark draws from the coffered rotunda of the Roman Pantheon. The Pantheon is still standing because it has been used continuously for nearly 2,000 years, which mirrors Quaestor’s promise: Documentation should not sit forgotten in shared drives. It should stay in motion and refresh itself through active use. The mark blends an abstracted Q monogram with the ray of light through the oculus. It signals clarity and visibility, the way Quaestor brings procedures out of the shadows so teams can move with confidence.

The identity will grow as Quaestor moves toward launch. I'm proud to have given this brand a stable foundation for growth.
